Yes. Everything you share with your counselor is confidential. The only exceptions are narrow legal and ethical ones: an imminent risk of serious harm to you or someone else, suspected abuse of a minor, or disclosure required by law. Your counselor will walk you through this at the start of your work together.
Sessions run 50 minutes and are held one-on-one with your counselor over video call. Once your booking request is confirmed, you'll get the video link by email ahead of time.
Yes. Browse profiles on the Counseling page and book directly with the counselor whose background and specialties feel like the right fit for you.
Sessions are non-refundable once booked and paid for, but we're happy to move you to a different time. Just reach out to us as early as possible and we'll help you reschedule instead.
Within Egypt, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days of your order being confirmed, for a flat shipping fee of EGP 100 anywhere in the country. Outside Egypt, shipping time and cost are confirmed with you directly before your order ships.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Since payment is collected on delivery, other return requests are handled case-by-case, just reach out and we'll sort it out.
You'll choose at checkout: pay securely online by card or mobile wallet, or choose Cash on Delivery and pay when your journal arrives.
Browse upcoming workshops on the Workshops page and register directly from there — you'll get a confirmation email with all the details.
Most workshops are held online over video call; a few in-person sessions in Cairo are marked clearly on that workshop's page.

No. Your reading activity and favorites stay private to your device and are never shared with your counselor.
Try refreshing the page, or closing and reopening the app first. If that doesn't help, chat with us below and we'll help you sort it out.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Let It Out in your phone's settings, and that you've added the app to your home screen for the most reliable delivery.
Go to Menu, scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom, and select Delete my account. This permanently deletes your journal entries.
